Frederik Werker: General Manager

 Yaoli Zhang is a Chinese student studying International Business Economic at Fontys in the Netherlands. As an General Manager Assistant, she takes care of production and is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the management of the entire company's operations. Yaoli has worked as a sales assistant for about 2 years in China. Moreover, she is a friendly person, honest and punctual, works well in a team.

 Janik Richter is a German student studying International Marketing at the Fontys in Venlo (NL). As the marketing manager, he is responsible for an attractive presentation of the product and the company itself to create competitive advantages. He develops a strategy to significantly increase the awareness of the product. He already completed an internship in the area of Marketing and acquired helpful skills for our online marketing. 

Janik Richter: Marketing Manager

 Nikola Hübner is a German student studying International Marketing at the Fontys International Business School in Venlo. As the Marketing Manager Assistant, she is responsible to help the Marketing Manager in all tasks concerning Marketing and Promotion. In an internship at a magazine she gained some experience and developed a keen interest in her studies. Skills such as creativity, multitasking and productivity help her in this field of work. 

Nikola Hübner: Marketing Manager Assistant

 Lucy Stevenson is a Northern Irish student studying International Business and Management studies in the Netherlands. As the Human Resource manager, she is responsible for setting the Rules of the organization through effective planning and budgeting. She has a keen interest in HR, which is a field she has been involved in for just over 4 years, beginning in The Plough Inn, where she worked as a waitress, where she learnt numerous skills which aid her role, such as team working, customer service and punctuality. 

Lucy Stevenson: Human Resource Manager

 Tessa Peters is a Dutch students who is currently studying International Business and Management studies at Fontys Venlo in The Netherlands. As the sales manager, her goal is to hit sales target and achieve growth. Furthermore, her job is to design, implement and monitor the sales plan. In her studies she has gained both experience as well as interest in Sales. 

Tessa Peters: Sales Manager

 Levin is a German student studying International Marketing in the Netherlands. In his position as the Sales Manager Assistant his job is to assist the Sales Manager in completing all the work that needs to be done in this department. He has already gained prior experience in this field when he worked in a Sales Team for a retailer for two years. Additionally, he has a lot of interest in his studies and has already achieved his propaedeutic certificate. 

Levin Stuers: Sales Manager Assistant

 Jan Kroppen is a German student studying International Business Economics at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences. The focus of his course is Finance and Controlling. He is responsible for the bank account, the Cashflow planning and the bookkeeping. Jan led his own company for 2 years together with a partner and two employees. Now he works as a recruiting consultant in finance and accounting in part time. 

Jan Kroppen: Finance Manager

 Lonneke Berben is a Dutch student studying International Business and Management studies at Fontys in the Netherlands. As the Finance Manager Assistant, she assists the Finance Manager in the cashflow planning and the bookkeeping. She is highly interested in working with numbers. During her studies she gained brief experience in finance. In her first year, she was responsible for the finance plan of the business plan she wrote for a project course. As a side job she works as an administrative assistant on the finance department.
